Most of the users may want to consider the EliteBook 830 G6 for improved visibility. This feature can also be found on the EliteBook X360 830 G3.
The HP EliteBook 830 G5 model updated to G6 with new features including Whiskey Lake-U vPro, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5. G6 series is physically alike to the G5 series in terms of chassis, ports, and dimensions. The major differences between the various SKUs are RAM and SSD configuration. The cheaper models feature 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD, the more expensive models will come with either 512 GB or 1 TB of storage space and 16 or 32 GB of RAM.
HP aims to make owners feel safer and secured. The biggest update, however, is the security features. The EliteBook G6 series will ship with Sure Start Gen5, Sure Run Gen2, Sure Recover Gen2, Sure View Gen3, Sure Sense, and a privacy camera shutter to cover the webcam when not in use.
The input devices of HP EliteBook 830 are of mixed quality. The touchpad is excellent with a good size; the keyboard is decent to type on and has a high quality. Headphones and external speakers connected via the analog headphone jack. the sound’s quality was good enough, too.
